Stephanie Hoehn

In the middle of March 2009 I got the opportunity to work for the 'Department of Price and Product Satisfaction Research' at the BMW headquarters in Munich. There, I quickly gained valuable knowledge of data analysis using Mtab to better understand new car buyer's behavior and attributes within the competitive context. Some of my other duties included developing multilingual power point presentations to communicate key conclusions and recommendations and subjecting research documents to data quality checks.

During my seven month long internship at the 'Department of Marketing, Press and Public Relations' I got valuable insights into the daily operations of a marketing department. I participated in developing the new marketing concept and budget, assisted in organizing trade fairs and updated the website on a weekly basis. I also spearheaded the research and development of a survey conducted in order to identify new target markets and acquire new customers.
