Develop and lead research project to determine effectiveness of counseling services, develop and lead a weekly Stress Management Group, assess teens and adults for clinical diagnoses and create/implement treatment plans, assess clients for possible accommodations for GED testing with WAIS-IV and WIAT-II, and facilitate interdisciplinary support for clients.

Assist with research into identifying strengths and weaknesses of the charter school, coordinate and maintain students' Multi-Factorial Educational plans (MFE) and Individualized Educational Plans (IEP), evaluate test results, assist director with administrative duties regarding Summit Academy, and create and coordinate strategies for students to function within the classroom setting.

Conducted literature search for teen intervention programs, assisted with data analysis from pre and post measures on SPSS, participated in monthly research and clinical meetings with the Kids Helping Kids program, and participated in the assessment of troubled teens.

Conducted NIH funded research study examining treatments for social anxiety disorder in children, attended volunteer and hospital training (HIPAA/OSHA), assisted with data entry and data storage, participated in exposure sessions, assisted with peer generalization experiences to facilitate child socialization, prompted interaction between shy and outgoing peers, and led several peer generalization activities.

Assisted accountants with credit and payable issues, and had a basic knowledge of the JDE system and marketing.

Conducted research examining psychosical functioning in families of children with chronic illness, assisted with collecting data on families, participated in monthly research meetings, and administered psychological questionnaires.

Transcribed and coded qualitative interviews, conducted statistical analysis using SPSS, and entered data using Excel.
