As a seasoned Recruiter and Account Executive, I manage the entire recruiting process from cradle to grave with clients ~ I handle my own sourcing of candidates (typically "passive" job seekers), present the profiles to clients with a comprehensive addendum, manage the interview process, conduct reference checks and negotiate the offer. Once the individual is on board with our client, we maintain contact with him/her and ensure that they are satisfied with the opportunity and promote employee retention.
