Advised clients on patent and trademark issues and other legal business practices.

Formed corporate entities and advised clients on obtaining tax-exemption from the United States Internal Revenue Service. Advised clients on trademark registration matters and drafted a software development contract.

Conducted legal research on U.S. Patent Office patent review standards, procedure, and requirements. Assisted in preparing exhibits for Inter Partes Review before the U.S. Patent Office.

Researched conventions, international court decisions, federal court decisions, and scholarly articles regarding international and federal implementation of criminal intellectual property law and the impact of such on the pharmaceutical industry. Prepared notes in a manner to be easily corroborated and transferred into the professor's research paper.

Assisted in the refurbishing of vintage WWII and Korean War decommissioned war planes. Assisted in maintaining vintage, privately-owned planes for continued air-worthiness.

Studied Carbon Nanotube (CNT) fabrication with a focus on dynamic manipulation of hydrocarbon gas flow rate, type, concentration, duration, direction and temperature. Researched CNT formation methods and techniques using the Carbon Vapor Deposition process. Research was presented before a panel of professors and Ph.D students.
