The Bentley DUC is a human factors research, design, and testing consultancy that provides an extensive range of services tailored for clients worldwide. The center helps to improve the usability of products and services by identifying actionable, high-value aspects of the user experience that significantly affect profitability and demonstrate return on investment. Stephen spent 16 months with the DUC as a Research Associate, providing user experience consultancy services to a diverse range of clients.
