The job role was to sell Motor Insurance on behalf of major motor manufacturers, the biggest of which was Jaguar and Land Rover. The USP of the product is the guarantee of genuine manufacturer parts, panels and body shop repairs which is not common in the industry. As well as the sales aspect of the role, very high levels of customer service was also provided. After more than 3 largely enjoyable years with the company I decided to move on and try something new

Managing a variety of different calls from dealerships and customers of Nissan UK. Dealing with complaints and queries from delivery delays and recalls to leasing with managing directors and executives and finding positive solutions within set time limits

Activities and Societies: 2 Year evening course learning the basics of electrical engineering and progressing to testing and inspecting level. Completed a portfolio of work from basic wiring systems to complex lighting and heating installations.
