Processing Domestic corporate actions, including reconciliation of positions. Part of working group for a settlement and onboarding system migration from end to end. Creation of procedure documentations for, corporate actions, Equity Settlements and Sponsorship related task’s.

Staff training and cross training for domestic and international tasks. Liaising with client service on issues or knowledge gaps. Processing and reconciling all Domestic and International Corporate action events across the firm. Processing international settlements with counterparties, with a focus on fail mitigation. Processing all types of holdings transfers for Domestic and international shares. Position Reconciliation's and remediation for both International custodial holdings and Domestic Holdings.

NAV Calculations for a book of funds in line with SLA's . General Accounting functions for funds. Payment of invoices for fund level expenses. Booking of trades from fund managers into accounting systems for a range of vanilla and exotic asset classes including equities and derivatives. Liaising with brokers and custodians for trade breaks and Corporate actions, as well as FX breaks. Calculating performance fee's and management fee's for different share classes and special purpose vehicles within the fund.

Client service for Cash Management Account related queries. Client service for Home loan related queries. Client service to advisers and clients for Wrap platform related tasks and queries. Subject matter expert / SME for Corporate action related training and escalations.
