At Gladstone Institutes, my team designs and implements systems that empower scientists to create new knowledge to better understand, prevent, treat and cure some of the most challenging human diseases through computational science and bioinformatics. My team also coordinates the engineering and administration of enterprise data systems.

Designed UI workflow for several suite applications: scripting, asynchronous process management, analytics, role-based authorization. Created documentation: user workflows, use cases, UI event flow diagrams, screen prototypes, UI layouts, E-R diagrams, object state diagrams. Coordinated changes with other teams. As part-time quality assurance member: Optimized change request workflow, evaluated test cases for improvement, and utilized database knowledge to troubleshoot data corruption and inconsistency.

At Brobeck, I designed and supported databases and stored procedures for web-based portal applications. I also designed and coded desktop apps to automate import and export of web portal data.
