Escalation Manager & Principal Customer Service Manager
Working in the Premium Support department as the Escalation Manager for 4 years.. Dealing with escalations of our Premium customers. I have strong organizational and communication skills. After 20 years at Trend I am open for something new and I am looking for a role in the support environment as a team leader or maybe even something completely different as long as it is interesting and challenging.
