My work consists of PMI-based project management, budget management, administration of local and international support and software development teams, maintenance of our proprietary healthcare IT software products, product review and hands-on programming work in Linux, Apache, Perl, and PostgreSQL.

Founder of Design Lokwise, I develop new relationships in the SMB market as an independent consultant for business branding and identity. My work includes assisting startup and existing businesses to create compelling brands via digital & print media, including but not limited to web site design, web development, e-commerce solutions, print design & pre-press, trade show production, and marketing campaigns. I have completed work for businesses from startups to large corporations.

Team leader of 12 senior consultants, I was responsible for ensuring the health and smooth implementation of a company-wide 8,000 workstation rollout of Windows98 and network upgrades of the existing 10BaseT coax-based network. The position required daily training of company employees on transition procedures and use of new software through group seminars and personal guidance, daily troubleshooting and maintenance of workstations and company-wide networked file system, and regular staff meetings.

Director of Software and Site Development at Intercom Online, I personally designed and coded the intranet software which served the entire company from billing to installations to support. I was involved in daily troubleshooting and maintenance of office networks and files across multiple Windows and UNIX systems, designing new productivity and convenience features for the company intranet, and developing websites and digital content for the company and its clients.
