Responsible for all viewings of client properties for the entire office covering the whole of the Crawley area. Taking requirements from potential buyers. Creating and booking Valuations for new properties to be marketed. Solely reposnible for creating floor plans for new take ons brochures. Assisting both the buyer and the vendor through the entire sales process. Negotiating sale prices and amended offers for both the buyers and the vendors. Liasing with solicitors and mortgage lenders.

I was responsible for finding suitable candidates to rent out vendor properties in the whole of the Croydon area (and surrounding). I was a senior member of the Negotiator team and often resposnible for running the office. I arranged and carried out viewings and secured holding deposits for tenants looking to rent. I also dealt with referencing of potential tenants and arranging new leads for the take on of new lettings property. I was due to become our Coulsdon Lettings Manager prior to leaving.

I advised and assisted potential buyers for properties on the best mortgage's available across the entire UK market depending on their situation. I also advised and sold various insurances including life insurance, income protection, personal accident insurance, buildings and contents insurance and mortgage payment protection insurance.
