A Bournemouth based Communications Company. Supplying up to date communications equipment both here and in Africa. My role in the company consists of offering technical support to customers and engineers on telephone systems, PC and Internet matters. I am also involved in research and development and Beta testing of new products and software when the call arises. For this company I have had to design and create a database for customer details, set up and maintain many Windows networks and support all users

A Portsmouth based telecommunications company supplying and installing telecom equipment, including Voice Mails, Call Loggers and Call handling. which involves me travelling all over the UK programming customers systems to suit their requirements, and training them in the use of the systems. Programming is performed with the use of a P.C. I have to keep the system records of each customer I visit updated on both paper and databases.

A Bournemouth based telecommunications company which supplies and installs telephone equipment on a national scale. My key duties involve offering technical support to both engineers and customers, the running of contracts for new installations. Planning engineers’ daily diaries and acting as a liaison between private customers and network providers. I am also a qualified engineer and on occasion I am called upon to install systems or to resolve faults.
