In my Bachelor’s thesis I developed a concept for value stream design and its application in the company. • Scientific overview • Derivation and visualization of value streams using MS Visio • Evaluation of the concept on a business case of a bonding wire process

During my internship I gained various experience in Lean Management. • Implementation of Lean methods • Management of a 5S project and conduction of audits • Support of different projects, e.g. value stream analysis

As a member of the project “Digital Homecare” I worked on different tasks related to project management and I was the main responsible for the creation of web-based trainings with TT-Knowledge Force. • Support of the digitalization of the patient home care • Organization and moderation of workshops and meetings • Conduction of User Acceptance Tests (UAS)

As a fitness coach I was responsible for customer service. In addition to training instruction and support, my tasks included the preparation of training plans and sales talks.

During my internship in this medium-sized company I gained hands-on experience in the manufacturing & assembly of a large cooling unit. I also carried out technical, mechanical & electrical tests as well as the commissioning of completed cooling and temperature control units.

I gained various hands-on experiences in the fields of - material processing: measuring, scribing, filing, sawing, drilling, thread cutting, cutting, turning, milling - joining techniques: welding, soldering - tolerance and quality testing of components
