Overseeing the entire recruitment process for the assigned projects; Establishing the candidate’s profile together with the client; Advertising the job vacancies by using all necessary recruitment channels; Using direct search methods and networking in order to find suitable candidates; Sustaining the interviews with the selected candidates; Providing the short-lists for the clients and coordinating the interviews with the selected candidates; Acting as a liaison between the candidates and the clients
