Member of AT&T R-GCSC team: 1) Working on UD ticketing system 2) Troubleshooting, resolving tickets. 3) Trouble investigation, isolation and steady state recovery. 4) Every day issues related to: i) Circuits (FR, ATM and Ethernet), LAN (Spanning Tree, Vlans, Trunk and Switch ports), WLAN (Controllers, Access Points), Routing protocols (BGP, OSPF and EIGRP) 5) Remotely troubleshooting with techs on site and replacing devices (Routers, Switches, Access Points).
