Heading up UK Recruitment, I’m accountable for creating the strategy across Wolters Kluwer UK, covering the two business units; Croner and CCH. I also support the European strategy, project managing pan-European initiatives to help drive efficiencies across the WK Group. Part of the Global Employer Branding Team to ensure Wolters Kluwer utilises both the economy of scale available and the Group has a single message, look and feel.

Working in partnership with the HRBP’s to create and deliver sustainable recruitment strategies to suit functions current and changing needs. Managing end-to-end recruitment in business areas including creating selection tools/events and campaigns. Partnering with line managers to advise on best practices, manage expectations and ensuring best results. Moved our direct sourcing from 45% of candidates 90%. This has also positively affected our cost per hire and strengthened the candidate experience.
