Summary: ● Having 10+ years of work experience in Business System Analysis, Data analysis, End to end verification, validation and UAT. ● 2 + years of postdoctoral research experience focusing on the development, validation and analysis of Crop Simulation Models and leading small projects. ● Excellent co-ordination and engagement with stakeholders across multi-functional teams (UX, Product, Technical, Documentation, Bioinformatics.) ● Knowledge and understanding of Bioinformatics pipelines, interpretation platforms, GMC (Genomic Medicine Centre) access to BAMs, VCFs and bioinformatics metadata. ● Complete command, insight and understanding of Biosample messaging system (CSV flow) between GLH, NGIS, Biobank and Illumina for the Whole Genome Sequencing data (Cancer/Rare disease). ● Demonstrated ability to successfully generate Bio payloads for the Cancer/Rare disease for the first time to the downstream applications through reverse engineering of 100K Genome data.
