Developed machine learning models to derive insights and predict customer behaviour based on various factors such as intent, profile similarity , campaign activities across CRM and marketing systems. Developed Tableau Dashboards to foresee the model health and identify potential reasons for the drop in model accuracy and other key metrics.

Worked as Senior Architect in designing pipeline using Azure and AWS for automated loan processing using ensemble CNN model with text and image features to classify loan KYC documents Implemented Deep Lab Algorithm to segment a catheter from the back ground and automating quality control process to measure rate of deflection. Worked on a proof of concept to convert a given 2D femur bone X-Ray to 3D model using masked-RCNN network and reconstructed using Laplacian surface deformation.

Created a QnA chatbot for answering HR queries using multiple NLP algorithms including FastText and word embedding methods like CBOW, Skipgram to improve the contextual understanding.

NLP based solution was designed using Word2Vec for each Corporate Actions email notifications to be sent to Customer or RM’s based on predicted severity of email text

Developed strategic solutions for improving email response rate for various marketing campaigns using RFM analysis. Showed significant results in increasing response rate and campaign success for the clients
