 Auditing the relocation reports of several clients like Medtronic, Johnson & Johnson etc  Tracking their shipment details and updating with their status using through different application like Transportation management, Route scan and out -look.  Using applications like Atlas, cognos report, excel to audit clients relocation reports.

 Working on CLS & LTS Trackers.  Track offline Orders placed for third party goods.  Communicate with Vendors to check the availability of stock.  Reprocess the orders with the missing information.

 Working on the orders placed by the customers for TV, Internet and phone.  Working on the Billing issues.  Installation of services like TV, Internet and phone.  Cancellation of the services.  Issuing the refunds and tracking the details about the Equipments which customers have used.
