Sugreff is a unique tea-ethnographic project of souvenir tea.

Scope: VinFast Global logistics projects - Leads the project of compliance to importing rules of USA, Canada, and Europe for spare parts and finished electric vehicles. - Implemented budgeting of logistics cost for electric vehicles for Global markets in USA, Canada, and Europe. - Launches Aftersales warehouse for Global and local Vietnamese markets. - Validates distribution footprint for Global markets (USA, Canada, Europe).

Successfully transitioned from Supply Chain leadership to Marketing one, where I was responsible for automotive accessory products in key European markets : Russia, Germany, Italy, Spain, Portugal, and also Switzerland.

The entire aftersales Supply Chain function for Renault in Russia: Headcount > 50 employees, 3 regional warehouses 30 000 m2, 100K SKU. Demand Planning, Procurement, Fulfillment, Warehousing and Inventory Management, Technical and Customer Services, Design of Afersales Packaging, and Project Management.

- Supervised projects at launch of distribution from European and African plants - Directly supervised 3 employees of Renault (France) and functionally supervised 2 employees of Nissan (UK) - Estimated and validates at the GM level of distribution cost for new models against project milestones - Analyzed deviation of last costing versus previous milestone for the Business Plan - Supported feasibility studies for investment projects (compounds in France and Algeria)

- Reported to headquarters of Renault (France) or Nissan (UK) - Responsible for launch of distribution of new models of Renault and Nissan. - Performed budgeting for Renault Outbound logistics as well as monthly results analysis - Supervised 3 employees Achievements - Launched distribution of Renault cars from AvtoVAZ plant and Nissan cars from Renault plant. - Launched export to Vietnam, Lebanon, Kazakhstan, and Azerbaijan

- The first RFQ of Alliance Renault & Nissan (port of entry, customs broker, compounds, and forwarders) - Represented Nissan Purchasing Organisation for RFQ. - Calculated cost for new models projects - Implementation of the ERP able to exchange data with IS of forwarders, ports, customs brokers, and compounds. - Launched export of Renault cars to Ukraine - Established a standard method of logistic cost forecasting using macroeconomic factors (FOREX, fuel, inflation etc.)

Started as Sales assistant and moved through career steps in Supply Chain from Customs specialist to Export-Import manager with a team of 20 employees of two levels.
