• Managing the activities related to multi-sourced Information Services vendors for integrating Services. • Monitor and report on vendor performance in the areas that include quality, capacities, systems and responsiveness. • Report to Client failures or delays relating to the Managed Agreements. • Assists in the resolution of invoice discrepancies and manage payment issues with Finance and the vendors • Monitoring money outflow and generating MIS around it to curb the outflow.

• Managing relationships with vendors for cost-effectiveness, and work closely with the IT Asset manager to ensure appropriate software license stock level based on customer’s requirements • Ensure the vendors deliver as per the agreed service norms and time line • Monitor and report on vendor performance in the areas that include quality, capacities, systems and responsiveness • Requesting quotes from preferred vendors to support • Raising PO to Vendor • MOM with Vendors

•Responsible for the successful execution of managed client services. •Monitor technical support database help desk ticket queue and manage the support calls in accordance within the Service Level Agreement and level of importance. •Responsible for Asset Audit (Physical Verification). •Managing vendor relationships •Monitoring and ensuring vendor SLA compliance and call Management. •Establish new service delivery approaches

• Planning and coordinating automation activity for the upcoming sites. • Planning for the movement of engineers to carryout IT related activities at different locations. • Setup and manage the LAN / WAN Network, cabling and wiring infrastructure. • Routine administration and configuration of Computer hardware, LAN, WAN equipment infrastructure. • Monitor and report on vendor performance in the areas that include quality, capacities, systems and responsiveness.

And windows 2000.My job was to provide complete support & solutions to the users. •Build, repair, update PC hardware, desktop, laptop, including set up and complete configuration or deployment of workstations and laptops Maintenance & Troubleshooting of desktops at Client locations. •Also provide support for all DMP ,LASERJET ,DESKJET and LINE PRINTERS
