    I joined IT World Web.com Group of Brands to lead, inspire and transform the Western European part of the organization. Our global teams (spread over 7 geographies) share knowledge by using AI and internal learning portal called Academy. As women empowering company, it is a thrill to work shoulder to shoulder with super ambitious female colleagues and follow the steps of our inspiring leaders. I work closely with CEO, COO and other VPs to install change and empower each other.

Led build of HR Data & Analytics including data governance. Moved from systems of record to systems of transactions, to system of engagement and now to systems of intelligence. POC for international stakeholders for HK.
