A technology research project (part of my MSc. programme) for the British government’s Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs. Conducted research into 20 emerging transformational technologies posing risk and opportunities to the business. Partnered with distributed teams to define the scope of change and target operating solutions through Agile methods. Presented proposals to the client, up to Director level, covering research findings, strategy and the implementation framework

Program management in the areas pertaining to economic issues and good governance. Budget management. Liaison with Government counterparts. Project identification and development. Preparation of analysis reports and comments.

Accomplished the original set up, planning, documenting and running of the Programme Management Unit infrastructure, including recruitment, training and direct management of programme support staff. Involved in Business continuity and risk management planning, business process engeneering, supplier due diligence, contract negotiation and management, IT and communications liaisons and management as well as operational logistics.

Budget and scope management, including project planning and execution. Liaison with government, private companies, and aid donors. Planning and running of awareness workshops, training sessions and conferences.
