• Develop COMSOL Multiphysics models for laser-based manufacturing and photovoltaic processes, combining thermal/thermo-mechanical simulation, experimental characterization and parameter studies. • Picosecond-laser polyimide ablation: predicted opening depth and width with up to ~92% accuracy. • CW-laser silicon-wafer separation: study laser heating and thermal stresses. • Perovskite laser curing and laser- sintering: investigate temperature evolution, warping and heating rates.

• Built thermo-mechanical COMSOL FEM models of an origami-inspired shape-memory-alloy implant for brain-aneurysm applications, investigating folding and deformation behavior. • Created parametric SolidWorks geometries; studied shape, length, thickness, and deformation using parameter sweeps to guide design optimization. • Used Python for simulation-results analysis and translated the design into fabrication-ready geometry

• Supported R&D in perovskite solar cells, micro/nanofabrication, flexible photonics and manufacturing automation through experimental processes, simulation and mechanical design. • Operated and maintained UV nanoimprint lithography and hot-embossing systems; performed spin coating. • Simulated flexible photonic structures using ANSYS Lumerical, studying deformation-dependent optical behavior. • Designed molds and conveyor concepts for microneedle-array manufacturing automation.

• Worked on electric two-wheeler development, combining mechanical design, CAD/FEA, competitor benchmarking, ergonomics, testing and vehicle integration. • Designed chassis, body-in-white (BIW) and vehicle components; performed structural FEA. • Benchmarked competitor vehicles for specifications, ride and handling; evaluated ergonomics using RULA and REBA. • Supported motor performance testing, component packaging and full-vehicle integration.
