Hi, I'm sujay pawar, I'm currently working in inchcape shipping services as a Disbursement account executive in Credit control Department, I'm processing the invoices regarding vessels cost examples Towage,Mooring, Deslopping costs, Tank Cleanning etc. checking agent SOF, Vessel Programs, Vendors Tariff, Agreement of Clients (Maersk & MOL), process the invoices within the time bar date, Checking timely payment to vendors, checking rates and discount mentioned in invoice. follow up with vendors/agents regarding queries, Statement of account we received from vendors/agents regarding dispute amount so checking with the our payment software (Unit 4, Optic), follow up with payment team and solve the query on the time.
