Led software bring-up for an enterprise-level networking switch platform, integrating hardware initialization, ports, traffic validation, and Layer 2 features. Deployed a scalable ZTP framework using DHCP Option 43 to automate remote software-firmware upgrades & NMS discovery. Resolved complex protocol and firmware issues within multi-layered, High Availability software architectures for Carrier Ethernet products.Provided cross-functional technical leadership to define strategic feature roadmaps.

Architected Dynamic LAG Warm Restart by offloading LACP transmission to FPGA, ensuring protocol continuity during software restarts and HA failover. Resolved critical IPC, deadlock, process stall, and communication issues within the Tejas TIDL framework using trace and TCP/IP diagnostics. Enhanced LAG and MPLS protection using BFD and CFM fault detection. Improved Layer 2 protocol stability and implemented Broadcom ASIC-based DoS protection.

Enhanced switch port statistics by integrating QoS-specific ASIC counters across NBI, HAL, and Broadcom SDK layers. Contributed to IEEE 802.1AX-compliant LACP implementation and stabilization, including a vendor-specific 1:1 Protection LAG feature. Optimized LACP control-plane and data-plane operations, achieving sub-50 ms protection switching during link failures. Developed web-based management interfaces using C++, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS for configuration and monitoring.
