Regularly assisting on RFP submissions and familiar with various public procurement frameworks. Also assiting on lease agreements, NDAs and general corporate and commercial matters and queries. Jurisdictions include Europe, India and the Americas.

Sundip was a Senior Associate in the Corporate Department at Memery Crystal. He was the lead M&A lawyer on AIM listed SigmaRoc Plc's acquisition of LafargeHolcim's Channel Islands' subsidiary, Ronez. He also worked on a number of other M&A and corporate transactions, from asset sales to property acquisitions through a corporate SPV and JVs.

Sundip was a Senior Associate in the Corporate Team at Michelmores. Sundip advised on private M&A (both on the buy and sell side), private equity (including debt investments) and general corporate matters. Sundip's clients included corporates and PE investors and he acted on both domestic UK and cross-border transactions including in the emerging and frontier markets.

Sundip was an Associate in the Corporate Department of Ashurst assisting and advising on M&A, private equity and capital markets transactions. His responsibilities included drafting and negotiating transaction documents, undertaking legal research, preparing memos and providing general corporate advice.

Sundip departed from Amarchand as a Year 3 Associate having worked on project finance (in the power, oil & gas and road sectors) and general debt financing transactions for both corporates and financiers, including Indian State- owned banks and multilateral and international credit agencies such the ADB, IFC and JBIC. During his time at Amarchand, Sundip also worked on general corporate transactions and restructuring projects for Indian and multi-national clients such as KKR and Lehman Brothers.
