 Work with clients to gather and analyze business requirements and prepare technical design.  Design solutions based upon business requirements and user specification.  Code Review to ensure the delivery of quality solutions.  Document code consistently throughout the development and enhancement process.  Proficient in SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Reports, Oracle Forms, Oracle RDBMS 10g, XML Publisher.  Understanding of all key ITIL processes.  Ability in coding, testing, debugging, and documentation.

 Analyzes business and user needs, document requirements, and revises existing system logic difficulties.  Implements systems applications and tests end-user processes.  Responsible for writing complex Statements, Procedures and Triggers, Post-Implementation support.  Develop or modify procedures to solve complex problems.  Customize queries and reports utilizing complex table matrices.  Participate in testing efforts to identify and resolve conversion and/or interface issues.
