Own the product lifecycle from initial concept to delivery, including defining Roadmap & Backlog prioritizing for every release to achieve the metrics. Delivered in-depth technical sessions on SAP Product Architecture in DevX talk events within SAP. Testing of new quarterly released features ensuring quality & to regularly conduct Knowledge sessions with the global support team to enhance their product knowledge. This helped to bring customer escalations to below 1%.

Worked as a log/data analyst responsible for the performance of the site by closely monitoring the services (internal and external) including all the third-party services using tools like Splunk etc.
