Worked as a summer student in the department of microfluidics at the University of Alberta in junction with Canadian Blood Services. My role was to further develop lab-on-chip devices for rapid blood testing.
Biomedical Engineering Intern
Karlsruhe Institute of Technology
Conducted research on the modelling of atrial fibrillation (AF) and cardiac arrhythmia using digital models. Used quantitative analysis with Matlab as well as qualitative observations to propose an optimal AF simulation method.
