• Creating tickets for users using ticketing tool (Topdesk), bifurcating tickets to 1st and 2nd level depending on the priority and criticality of the issue and escalating tickets to the next level when required. • Support users through calls & Emails. Error analysis and trouble shooting the issue, replicating the issues & finding the solution. • If the issue is recurring then finding the solution for the issue and creating the knowledge article & providing the standard solution if the similar issue arises.

Providing technical support to Bentley’s global user (customer) base. Worked as the first point of contact for customer licensing queries and is responsible for analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues with Bentley’s licensing technology. 

Working on German-based Project called IRI-CDS (Information Research Inc.) 1. Domain in CPG Industry, Charting and Reporting. 3. Perform other various Tasks such as Reporting, Dash Board, Quality Checks etc. 4. Acquired strong analytical skills & excellent MS Excel, expertise which is used deftly to develop accurate data matrices-driven reports, PPTs, Pivot Tables & Charts. Possess Strong Process coordination & Customer engagement skills. Have been involved in various translations.
