-Generate enquiries by reviewing EAR & customer specs for new equipment -Select cost-effective seals for hydraulic applications & create CAD drawings -Collaborate on seal selection for critical applications and create proposals -Engage with CSR/customers, assist with prototypes and installations -Conduct failure analysis and provide technical training -Identify new business opportunities and visit customers for tailored solutions -Maintain project reports, track drawings & attend promotional activities

• Process Enquiries & Orders, design Compressor Sealing Components, and provide technical proposals to Sales/Customer. • Select & size Compressor Components per customer requirements. • Create engineering docs (drawings, specs, procedures). • Produce GA & manufacturing drawings with GD&T. • Prepare Bill of Materials. • Travel to project sites for measurements, engage in customer meetings. • Provide technical support to teams, handle complaints. • SAP material management & process improvement.

Provide Consultancy Services to various companies in various fields such as: • Conducted comprehensive process assessments to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies using methods like Time Study, resulting in an increase in productivity. • Developed and implemented customized improvement strategies using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies, achieving cost reductions and defect rate decreases.
