Complete import customs clearance (German Customs), multilingual communication and freight co-ordination, helped clients to set up a foreign power of attorney for customs clearance in the US. Managed problems resulting from air cargo shipping, where cargo got held up at foreign airports. Helped clients that needed export permit (customs) for exporting restricted goods.
