 Assigned the tasks of creating designs for products and machinery by using computer-aided drafting software.  To design for the SPM like Ultrasonic cleaning machine and optical coating machine in AutoCAD and Pro-E wildfire 4.0.  Responsible for displaying and explaining the designs in formalized presentations.  Trained the team members by means of establishing standardized work chart and 5s-Rule.  Communicated on behalf of the company for the purpose of coordinating with suppliers and retailers.
