My main responsibilities are: • Working with German customers to develop effective software and hardware maintenance solutions that meets their needs in maintaining the value and ensuring high availability of their IT infrastructure • Planning strategic relationships with customers and building up effective and productive business relationships with key decision makers • Social media focal point for the German Technical Support Services Inside Sales Team
