SAP implementation for Smith & Nephew's service centre in Brisbane, Queensland. The core of the implementation was based on the CS module, but also involved SD, LE and MM, and integration with FI and CO.

Projects included: NSW Police - implementation of MM, WM, SD and LE for the uniform warehouse Transfield Services - implementation of SD, CS and PM for new client projects

Lead consultant on a project to re-design the consignment processes and to integrate SAP with an external warehouse system.

Template roll-out to 7 countries in south-east Asia following the global merger of Sanofi-Synthelabo and Aventis Pharma.

Project to support the relocation of the NSW Distibution Centre to a new site. It involved implementation of two new plants and configuration of all required business processes, i.e. stock transfers, inventory, sales and purchase order processing. I was also responsible for the development of test plans, master data changes and overall documentation.

Greenfield implementation for one of Australia's largest steel manufacturers, OneSteel. I was part of a team of 6 SD consultants and was mainly responsible for master data, rebates and pricing.

Day-to-day support of all logistics modules, i.e. SD, MM, CS, PP and CRM, including the interfaces to FI and CO. Additionally configuration and documentation of functional enhancements, testing and end user training.

Projects for a range of IBM's clients, predominantely on the SD module. In addition I was involved in a template development of CRM 3.0 for IBM in the United States.
