Oversee warehouse, inventory control, material handling, customer service, transportation and planning workers. Payment management and cost analysis of logistics and operational providers, as well as their performance. Coordinate all vendor management tasks inclusive of working with external vendors.

Plan, coordinate and monitor activities of assigned projects to develop and implement procedures, processes and systems. Develop detailed task lists and work effort assessment. Oversee schedules and risk management plans and provide serious deviations warnings hindering project results. Ensure to take appropriate planning measures with all clients to reassess, renegotiate and amend scope of work responsibilities, proposals, contracts and budgets.

Responding promptly to customer inquiries. Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints. Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions. Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests. Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
