Heading up newly created European Petcare Supply-Chain planning organisation and directing the major organizational change to transition the planning community from fragmented teams operating less standardized on a more short focus to a Regional Central Planning community fully leveraging the strengths of the network to meet customer expectations sustainably. Key accountability for Customer service levels and FG stocks.

Responsible for Capital investments for all european Petcare Factories managing >80 Mio.€ for 11 sites. In addition responsible for running the strategic regional Supply Chain Management Review as part of the S&OP+ process. My team is furthermore responsible for managing all Supply related central process (i.e. MOS, reporting, global linkage, etc.)

Responsible for running the European S&OP Step 3 capacity consolidation (i.e.coordinating Demand and Supply within the European factory network of Mars Petcare) . In addition owning the investment coordination throughout Western Europe (i.e. CAB, COGS management)
