We operate, develop and enhance a holistical project management tool called iTWO (or in future MTWO as a cloud based version). My role as a project manager is more acting as a product owner for individual modules of this project management software. I have to coordinate requirements from business (process) owner and the research and development group providing the related functions in the tool.

We act like an ambassador and key account manager for the regions on behalf of the BU Management. We proactively uncover the needs of regions and segments based on the knowledge of the regions and drive implementation of performance and growth measures in the regions. We support sales excellence in regions. We foster good practice sharing amongst regions and verticals. We Implementing the strategy in our regions. Monitoring defined KPIs in regular business review meetings. Walk the talk and just do it.
