Co-founded Staffery and invented an AI-powered recruiting optimization platform from scratch—nothing like it existed. Invented its core products: Staffery Autopilot (automated job campaign management), Staffery Jobtimizer (AI-based job ad analysis and optimization) and Staffery Jobtimizer+ (rewrites every job ad for job search engines and the exact candidate—still unmatched). Published the DAX-40 Stellenanzeigen Report (14,629 job ads, 89% error rate). Speaker at Zukunft Personal, TALENTpro, STAFFINGpro.

Created recruiting platforms that didn't exist before. JobTime24—Germany's first purely online recruitment agency (115,000+ monthly visits, listed by WDR). Timeworkers.de—the DACH region's largest temp-work job board (25,000+ listings, 350+ agency partners, 255,000+ monthly visits). DeutschlandStellen24—82-city hyperlocal job portal network, INNOVATIONSPREIS-IT 'Best of 2013'. Plus Jobdays.de and Jobsuchmaschine24.de. Consulted major German staffing companies on recruiting process optimization.

Hired to build the group's digital recruiting venture: led the founding of Staffery GmbH from concept to company. Ran a full digital audit across the Topp Group's staffing brands—SEO benchmarks against Adecco, Randstad and Manpower, job ad redesigns for desktop and mobile, per-company analytics. Designed the group-wide online recruiting strategy: XML feeds to Indeed, Kimeta & Co. with per-portal budgets to cut cost per application from €10+ to €3–5, plus a shared job portal and applicant backend concept.

Created DocTime24—Germany's first purely online physician placement platform (locum doctors), built with Dr. med. Forschner to bring the British locum system to Germany. Nothing like it existed. Led product, development and online marketing; tens of thousands of visitors and thousands of applications processed. Covered by Ärztezeitung.

Co-founded AllJobs24.de, an industry-agnostic online job board, together with the former COO of Kaufda.de and founder of JustWatch. Led product, development and online marketing; fast SEO traction with tens of thousands of visitors.
