Design, development and execution of a work plan, timeline and activities, oversight of resources, and communications to deliver Cash Application Automation program for European units. Identification and evaluation of audit risks; annual audit plan development; leading audits in Europe, CIS, Middle East and Africa; providing training, coaching and guidance; representing internal audit on organizational project teams and at management meetings.

Responsable for financial planning, reporting, analysis. Facilitation of strategic planning for 3-5 years in partnership with Marketing, Sales and General Management. Owner of Risk&Opportunities matrix: ensure all risks are considered, lead mitigation plan development and monitor development.
