Hi, My name is Sviatoslav. I manage technical teams since 2017. All teams I manage are effective and achieve business goals. Also, there is health culture of working inside my teams and each employee has personal improvement plan for achieving personal goals. Passionate about what I do, empathy and balance - there are the things I consist of! I'm mad about technologies, processes and people, and I improve my knowledge continuously. Here are the biggest proud in my career: 1. Released 2 versions of mobile banking app for iOS and Android. 2. Released bunch of iOS mobile apps for international football project called tribuna.com - 10+ football teams and 6 languages. 3. Released bunch iOS and Android apps for international loan markets, such as Philippines, Vietnam, Spain, Kazakhstan, Sri Lanka etc. In my spare time I do sport (football, volleyball, fitness, swimming), play the musical instruments (guitar, bass, drums), singing, having fun with my family and friends :)
