- Organization and planning of the QA activities - Testing strategy according to new features, regression - Reporting of quality status, risks, performed work - Testing documentation(Test Cases, Test Data Matrix) - Cooperation with Developers and Product team - QA processes establishment and QA procedures improvements - Simple to complex SQL queries for testing purpose - Responsible for project level Testing schedules and resource planning - Agile, Scrum methodologies - Mobile testing (IOS/Android)

-Communication with customers and others teams (Developers, BAs, UAT-testing team, SIT-testing team) -test strategy planning -process documentation management -project and task planning -test cases creation/review -taking part in process documentation/business documentation review and analysis; -Documentary testing, acceptance testing, smoke and regression testing, volume, security and usability testing. -Assembly and analysis of the statistics of working the test team -Supervision for beginners

• Testing complex applications for Windows and Web according to the established processes • Creating and supporting test documentation, such as test plans, test cases etc. • Providing technical support • Analysing and correcting task specifications before software developing • Writing user manuals and technical project documentation (use case specifications) • Testing technical documentation (user manuals and guidelines) • Security testing
