I worked on a project titled "Narration of bacterial cell lineages using animation in space-time cubes" The Aim was to develop a tool to display bacterial cell lineages using animation.

I Developed data analysis pipeline for analysis of data from Affymatrix chips. The aim was to investigate the effect of certain drugs on different genes in metabolic pathways in Cardiomyocytes and Human Embryonic Stem Cells.

Worked in Molecular Medicine Laboratory where I got a good working experience with biological techniques including DNA extraction, PCR, along with vertical and horizontal gel electrophoresis

I worked in Tetanus Toxoid vaccine manufacturing laboratory where I got a hand on experience in different techniques involved in manufacturing and packaging of tetanus vaccine.
