Creating troubleshooting manual for MRJ 70/MRJ 90 using technical documents provided by Mitsubishi Regional Jet (MRJ). Responsible for ensuring all critical equipment health is monitored and captured through a fault message on the aircraft system. Identifying possible causal items for a fault messages and CAS.

 Monitoring fleet status using AIRMAN and carry out troubleshooting using AIRNAV  Generating weekly technical operation delay reports  Reviewing defect log and check for recurring defects  Preparing daily Acceptable Deferred Defect (ADD) and Maintenance Deferred Defect (MDD) fleet status report using RAL  Arranging maintenance support in Outstation
