Supervise the team in liaison office (Pakistan & Bangladesh) to ensure the product quality, vendor performance on technical, social and ethical criteria’s inline with company, social compliance standards. - Responsible for maintaining all aspects of the Product & quality management. - Ensure the best quality level of products/suppliers in order to meet or exceed customer expectations. - Managed in quality aspects and reduce overall defect rate

- Analysis of technological problems and developing solutions for customers in the mills (Problem identification, with officials in the departments discuss and develop solutions / Remedial work). - Technological optimization (Manufacturing process optimization and adoption, Customer consulting, Process optimization). - Warranty inspections, Training of customer staff (Quality control and testing procedures, Training and instruction of the mill personnel to carry out problem solving, Technical analysation.

-Regularly Communication within Product development and production departments - Ensure and facilitate compliance with third party audit, inspection & certification bodies – ISO, Hohenstein etc. - Continual improvement of ISO 9001 procedures and improved business efficiency. - Root cause analysis of audit findings and corrective actions implemented. - Plans, promotes and also organize inter department training activities related to product quality reliability.

-Correspondence with the International Customers as well as National & International Supplier. - Quality Control Planning from Raw Material till the End-Product. - Cross Checking of divers Quality & testing reports on daily basis. - Exercising driven Quality inspection inline & final within the company & accommodate third party inspections team. - Responsible & Flow-up of all development sample. - Planning & execution of a production to achieved target deadline as per as customer requirements.
