· Created and ran a structured Unified Process-based R&D organization comprising 5 Java/J2EE software engineers, the architect and the QA manager, · Largely contributed to structuring the relationship between Marketing, Development, and Professional Services, · Delivered 2 product releases (billmanager, web-based e-invoicing collaborative platform) with increased quality (incl. producing Software Requirements Specifications and Supplementary specifications).

· Created and ran a 12 staff structured development centre comprising Perl/xml-xsl software engineers, database expert, technical architect and QA’s, · Delivered the first two releases of AkioDirect Email, web-based solution for marketing campaign management.

· Designed and specified radio-navigation, radio-communication, aircraft identification and anti-crash avionic systems · Managed up to 6 simultaneous hard/software development projects for the NH90 helicopter, up to 10'000K€ each, incl. customer needs collection, system architecture design, tender management, development and qualification management, · Contributed to pre-sales analysis, defining and presenting customized system design architectures,
