Ensure the smooth running of executive development programs and customers care at the highest level: supporting the Executive participants, the Program Director and suppliers (internal and external), prior to, during and after program delivery - Provide assistance to the managers during the whole length of the program (1 day to 3 weeks) - Prepare program budget, logistic coordination such as special social events, meetings and support to guest speakers/external facilitators - Create the web learning portal

Support to the Head of Communication and general assistance to the Communication group – Organization of media visits, press conferences and media requests – Assistance to the creation of communication tools (print, audio-visual) – Coordination for events – Planning and follow-up of an internal Newsletter – Creation of a media data-base – Follow-up with sponsoring requests - updating intranet information

General assistance to the agency – Projects Follow-up – Planning - Collaboration with agencies/providers - Coordination for creation of communication tools & events - Publication on line

Day-to-day administration Geneva office - Sales support - Handling processing insertion orders - Mailings/distribution & data-base management - Coordination of events - Contact and collaboration with media agencies & clients

Check-in desk (DCS System) - Follow up and planning of the flights - Boarding & welcoming passengers
