Built and led the Asset Management division for institutional mandates (>€5 bn AUM). Directed transactions, investment structuring and management of international assets. Developed reporting systems enhancing transparency and investor confidence.

Founded and managed a BaFin-regulated AIFM for real estate and infrastructure. Oversaw strategy, product development, investment management, portfolio supervision, and communication. Launched multiple regulated vehicles for private and institutional investors, securing more than €1.5 bn in capital commitments.

Built and led the Swiss real estate & infrastructure investment platform, managing cross-border Multimanager Mandates. Executed value add and opportunistic private equity real estate deals, including joint ventures and club deals. Provided strategic advisory for institutional investors on real estate and infrastructure investments.
