- Participate in Service Desk Implementation as external consultant (focusing SIP trunking and VDI - using VMware ESX Server and IBM WebSphere Application Server based infrastructure) - Member of Office 365, Exchange, Sharepoint and Intranet support team. - Participate on Nexthink - Desktop proactive monitoring implementation.

Responsibilities: - Supporting internal European Helpdesk operation as L3 System Specialist Expert. - Knowledge base review - Technical Problem Management - Participate in POS ECR System migration (Windows 2008R1 based) - Responsible for old and new internal POS ECR test Systems

- technical support of Avaya Communication Manager, Media Gateway as well Avaya developed desktop applications and those products in XEN and VMWARE virtual environment - assist customers in alarm analysis, unexpected errors, and configuration advice - testing returned Avaya products
